Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once a return has been requested and accepted, you must return the item within 14 days. If after 14 days we have not received your return we will close the request and the return window will be closed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. that way we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Generally, we cannot offer exchanges directly, however, please contact us as we will do out best to help.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Occasionally, if you are returning an item and have used or damaged it, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund provided to you to cover the cost of repair, or the depreciation in value or condition caused by the use and or damage.
