Types of Warranty
*Collect and Return – In the case of a claim under warranty, TEKshop or the Manufacturer will arrange collection and once the repair is completed, they will return it back to you. This will be at the expense of TEKshop or the Manufacturer.
** Return To Base – In the case of a claim under warranty, you will be responsible for returning the device back to TEKshop, at your expense. TEKshop will then carry the repair and return the device back to you. The return shipping will be at the expense of TEKshop.
*** PC Components and Accessories will have Return To Base Warranty.
Warranty
All our products are covered by a full 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise on the listing. This applies to manufacturing defects or hardware faults that develop in the first 12 months.
All orders are posted with a VAT invoice in the box showing the date of purchase, price and VAT details. Please keep this invoice safe as it is sometimes required for warranty claims. You are of course welcome to contact us for a replacement invoice if needed, and we can also email copies if you would like a digital version.
Please note: Any item delivered damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of a fault developing in the first 30 days of receiving your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we will help you with troubleshooting and resolving the issue back to normal. If the fault develops after 30 days, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer to launch a warranty claim. This will usually involve letting them know what has gone wrong and they will arrange for the issue to be rectified for you. If for any reason the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, or you have any other difficulties please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
Delivery
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
We provide free next day delivery on every order over the value of £50. (UK Mainland Only)
If you would like your product to be delivered next working day, please place your order before 12pm for same day shipping. Saturday or Sunday delivery is also available on request for an additional £10 charge. Please let us know in advance if possible.
All of our deliveries are shipped with tracked couriers, usually DPD, except small accessories or low value items which are sent with Royal Mail.
We will only ship your item(s) to eBay verified addresses provided at the time you make payment. A valid phone number and email is required for all orders, this is required by couriers for shipping and also used for payment verification. This is an important security measure to reduce fraud and protect your purchase. The courier will also require a signature on delivery so please make sure you select an address where someone will be available. Tracking details are uploaded to eBay when the orders are shipped, you should be notifed by email through eBay messaging once this is completed.
Please Note:
- We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders going to these addresses.
- Delivery options such as leave in a safe place, with a neighbour, or click and collect are not available. (Except Argos Stores)
- You will receive a despatch notification email containing your tracking number when your item is despatched.
- Delivery of your item will take place between Monday-Friday and between the hours of 09:00am-5:00pm. The order must be signed for at the registered eBay address. Items will not be left in garages, porches or left with neighbours etc.
- DPD deliveries will be attempted twice, with a calling card left each time. If the item is returned to us as a failed delivery after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded once we receive the item back. A fee of £10.00 may be charged for further deliveries.
- Free express delivery is only available for Mainland UK. There will be an extra charge for Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetland & Scottish Islands or the Republic of Ireland.
Returns
TEKshop provides a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases.
A 30 day cancellation period provides our customers with a cooling off period to assess their purchase. You have the right to cancel the order without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts when we enter into a contract with you and will end 30 days after you have taken possession of the goods (or they have been accepted at your delivery address).
In order to exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision by writing via the eBay messaging system, or by using eBay's inbuilt return tools. We will acknowledge your cancellation and send you specific return instructions. You will also receive a unique returns number and a specific returns address which may differ from our registered office address. Please do NOT return anything until we have responded to your cancellation notice.
If there are any problems with your item or you find it faulty on arrival please email us or contact us on the phone before leaving feedback - we aim to please, not disappoint and will do everything we can to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
All returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts / accessories and original packaging. Faulty items are expertly checked on return and if an item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the same item to you. In this instance you will be liable for any return carriage.
Please ensure you have complete backups of any items you return to us for repair. It is industry standard to reinstall the operating system of any device being evaluated. Plus it's just best practice too as it helps to ensure you don't suffer from any data loss.

RETURNS POLICY
You can return an item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt for any reason provided it is in a new and unused condition, with original packaging. You must return the item to us within 30 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
If an item is faulty please let us know by message and we will usually be able to correct the issue remotely. If the device is faulty and we cannot resolve it, you can return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
If in the unfortunate event an issue occurs after 30 days, please reach out to us by message and we can advise next steps on paid repairs or manufacturer warranty claims.
SHIPPING
If we receive your order before 12pm Monday - Friday we'll ship it same day. We use DPD next day shipping which offers a fully tracked service as well as text and email notifications.
In the event your miss your delivery DPD will try once more to deliver and will notify you by text/email. If you miss this delivery DPD will return it to us - we will then refund your order minus the cost of returning the goods to us.
