Environmentally responsible
While the lightweight chassis is so convenient to carry around, it’s the sustainable materials that make owning this machine a true delight. The ThinkPad T14 Gen 4 laptop is composed of 90% recycled magnesium on the C frame, and for the Storm Grey models, there’s 55% recycled aluminium on the D cover. Along with post-consumer content, recycled plastic in the enclosures for the speaker and battery, and the AC adapter, the packaging is plastic-free with 90% recycled and/or sustainable materials. Plus, the manufacturing process uses low-temperature soldering.
Military-grade durability
We use the US Department of Defense's MIL-STD 810H standards to create a balance of reliability and durability for our ThinkPad laptops. We test against 12 standards and more than 200 quality checks to ensure they run in extreme conditions. These tests cover harsh variables like Arctic wilderness and desert dust storms, including temperature, pressure, humidity, vibration, and more.

RETURNS POLICY
You can return an item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt for any reason provided it is in a new and unused condition, with original packaging. You must return the item to us within 30 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
If an item is faulty please let us know by message and we will usually be able to correct the issue remotely. If the device is faulty and we cannot resolve it, you can return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
If in the unfortunate event an issue occurs after 30 days, please reach out to us by message and we can advise next steps on paid repairs or manufacturer warranty claims.
SHIPPING
If we receive your order before 12pm Monday - Friday we'll ship it same day. We use DPD next day shipping which offers a fully tracked service as well as text and email notifications.
In the event your miss your delivery DPD will try once more to deliver and will notify you by text/email. If you miss this delivery DPD will return it to us - we will then refund your order minus the cost of returning the goods to us.
