As soon as the power fails, an APC Smart-UPS immediately supplies emergency power to all connected equipment. Because an APC UPS does this automatically, you prevent unwanted failure of, for example, a PC, server or switch. With the free APC PowerChute Serial Shutdown software, you can even have critical IT hardware shut down automatically and in a controlled manner when the battery of the UPS is almost empty. This prevents data loss, downtime and physical damage to hardware. Safety
In addition, a Smart-UPS protects connected devices against peak voltages caused by lightning, among other things. This APC emergency power supply is therefore ideally suited for (small) business use.
PowerChute By connecting the UPS via a USB cable to a maximum of one server, it can automatically provide it with a shutdown signal during a long power failure and thus still prevent a hard shutdown. This exact moment can be set via the free APC PowerChute Serial Shutdown software. Ease of use By means of physical buttons and an LCD screen it is possible to set and read out the basic functionalities. Extend the lifespan The internal battery cartridge (APCRBC148) can be replaced easily, safely and independently by the user. This without having to switch off the APC SMC2000I or connected equipment. RETURNS POLICY
You can return an item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt for any reason provided it is in a new and unused condition, with original packaging. You must return the item to us within 30 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
If an item is faulty please let us know by message and we will usually be able to correct the issue remotely. If the device is faulty and we cannot resolve it, you can return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
If in the unfortunate event an issue occurs after 30 days, please reach out to us by message and we can advise next steps on paid repairs or manufacturer warranty claims.

If we receive your order before 12pm Monday - Friday we'll ship it same day. We use DPD next day shipping which offers a fully tracked service as well as text and email notifications.
In the event your miss your delivery DPD will try once more to deliver and will notify you by text/email. If you miss this delivery DPD will return it to us - we will then refund your order minus the cost of returning the goods to us.
